The Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC)
The MSBDC Network
provides free, confidential, one-to-one management and technical
assistance counseling and low-cost educational training programs
to prospective and existing small businesses throughout the Commonwealth.
The MSBDC Network is designed to effectively service small businesses
throughout Massachusetts. There is an MSBDC counseling or satellite
office within 30 minutes of any potential client in the state.
To further augment services, the MSBDC also provides specialized
services in the areas of capital formation, minority business assistance,
international trade and procurement technical assistance.
The
MSBDC provides
offsite business counseling locations (outreach
sites),
which are operated in conjunction with chambers of commerce and
economic development entities. In addition to office hours at the
counseling
centers,
services are provided at several outreach sites located throughout

The Rhode Island Small Business Development Center (RISBDC)
The RISBDC provides entrepreneurs with the best fit resources to create, transform and grow their businesses. They provide broad-based and high-quality, no-cost one-to-one counseling and low-cost group educational services. Connecting university, government, banking, private sector and other community-based resources to support small businesses and to promote economic development.
The primary recipients of Small Business Development Center services are existing businesses. Certain specific services, notably educational programs, are offered to start-up businesses. Services are provided directly by experts and faculty/student teams in a variety of business disciplines at a network of offices throughout Rhode Island. For more

Councelors to America's Small Business
This organization is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE provides counseling for small business entrepreneurs
both in person and on line with individuals who have demonstrateed success in
